Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: If your live in Sweden the usual turnaround for orders are around 5-10 working days from you placing your order until you will receive it. It can of course take longer depending on holidays and unforeseen conditions.

Q: Do you ship to ...?
A: I ship almost anywhere, but if you can't find your country during checkout, please send me an email, and I'll see if I can solve the issue.

Q: How are the products made?
A: All leashes and collars are hand-braided by myself. I also cut and brand all leather details. 
The paracord is made in Europe (Ukraine). 

Q: Can I wash the collars and leashes? 
A: Yes you can, just rinse them in hot water and let them dry.

Q: What material do you use for the leashes and collar? 
A: I use a polyester Paracord called "500 Type3" and like all paracord it will stretch a bit over time.

Q: Can I choose any color combinations?
A: Most collar and leashes can be made with at least two color, please specify when checking out you order what colors you want as well as how they should be combined.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: At the moment I do not accept returns since all products are made on order.

Q: Damages or issues?
A: If something is damaged or the product didn’t live up to your expectations, email me and I will try to help you.

A: Yes you do!
